My mother in law had been moved to a different ward. So when I went to the main entrance at the university hospital Stoke, and asked where Ward 81 was, I was told it didn’t exist, and they promptly showed me a chart saying they didn’t have a ward 81.

I thought this was one of the better hospitals, bit worried if they can lose a whole ward….
