Went to Brailsford church to listen to the Chameleon choir, and ‘bell ringers’.

Brailsford church is miles from Brailsford…..

 

Apparently centuries ago the two villages of Brailsford & Ednaston couldn’t agree where the church should be built, and in true British compromise, the church was built in the middle of nowhere.

It’s got lots of history, a Saxon cross

Also a stunning yew tree

If you look closely you can see several sets of chains in the tree, that were used to tie people up….

As for the concert, another excellent performance by the choir.
