A lovely service tonight, as most churches in Ashbourne join together for a service.

It was good to catch up with so many friends from the different churches.

So true in the churches as in life, ‘one is stronger together than being divided’.

New since the last time I had a dog. Harnesses that attach to the seat belts.

A bit sceptical, but he’s much happier in the front than in a cage in the back.

Great day out with my son watching Accrington Stanley (an iconic name from the past) play derby. Pity derby forgot how to play football.

Tiny ground 5,000 capacity, close to the action (or lack of it on Derby’s part).

Old fashioned standing (my Andrew is the one looking the wrong way).

Cost of living low.
