Went for a walk around West Kirby & Hoylake last night. Walking around the perimeter of Royal Liverpool golf club while the open is on (virtually finished for the day).

Golf is not my favourite sport, but I was impressed by the logistics, camera crews all over the place

Would not fancy being up these…

Even impressed with the fleet of VIP Merc’s, saw 21+ big Merc’s in a line waiting to whisk the VIP’s away

Lots of attention to detail, even down to extra rubbish bins/sacks on the street light poles…. Traffic was heavy but very well managed.

Still not convinced about the golf, but definitely impressed by the logistics.
