Out on one of my walks I can across this van.

The no pork pies held in the van overnight made me smile. Someone with a sense of humour.

It’s great to walk around Monsal Head especially when the weather isn’t hot and sunny. You appreciate the views but without the crowds.

Despite the mist, the views are still beautiful.The pictures don’t do it justice.

Watched Sally play in the Methodist Hall in Longton. Really enjoyed it Glebe band are very good.

Used to go to Longton many many years ago, but to watch a somewhat different type of concert.

Went to football with Andrew this afternoon, then he came over for the night. Unplanned his brother joined us. Not often the three of us get together overnight….

A beautiful village owned by the National Trust.

The local school used for period drama’s.

Even had ‘flowery’ bikes in the village.
