Oops, landy poorly again. This time the front half shaft seized. So wouldn’t move.
Called out RAC. 4.5hrs later they rang to say unlikely to fix it so will send a tow truck out. Why make me wait 4.5hrs to achieve nothing.
Tow truck arrived, too big couldn’t get up the drive. So I had to get a tractor to tow it out onto the road.
What I should have done (hindsight). Put it in diff lock and i could have driven it (slowly) to the local garage ?
“Drink shaft”? Shum mishtake shurely, hic. (BTW there is a shaft drink…you may need one!)
Oops corrected. It was an half shaft. Just driven 3hrs back up the m1 etc and was in need of a drink
