Day 36 – Broadband arrived

After 36 days without broadband at last we have a service.

The list of mistakes and incompetence within Vodafone is long, and with a bit of sense things could have been sorted within a few days.

Some of their staff are v poorly trained, the IT systems inflexible, the contract management of Openreach dire. All in all nothing to recommend them.
