Picked up the new car today, a little Volvo with lots of gadgets.

So far so good. Super impressed with the range of safety features.

Pedestrian airbag in the event of bumping into someone. It even applies the brakes automatically if it detects a person stepping out in from of the car.

One of the many clever bits is if you deviate across a white line, the car ‘nudges’ the wheel back. If you do it too many times, it assumes you are tired, and the gps flashes up the route to the nearest cafe….

It has detectors that spot if a car is in your blinds pot and a light glows.

Overall very clever.
