Had a discussion with a colleague who recently worked in the NHS.

The place he worked at had a policy to offer email/internet access to all staff, sounds sensible. However this translated into x machines per 100 staff. Then the problems started. They didn’t have enough space so they even put some in the toilet blocks, with plastic hygienic covers on them. 

Who is the most stupid, those that insisted on installing them, or those that actually agreed to it and did it…
