Went in to John Lewis in Liverpool looking for a new TV, service was excellent, they knew what they were talking about, and gave me good advice. Sally went into John Lewis in Nottingham, service poor, they didn’t know what they were talking about, and they didn’t have the TV on show.

The impressive bit was that PCWorld was selling it £70 cheaper, onto the John Lewis website, claimed the price match,and within the hour, they confirmed they would honour the £70 reduction.
